At Shopcek.com, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our return policy is designed to address concerns related to misprinted, damaged, or defective items, as well as issues with shipping and delivery.
Claims for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the issue is deemed an error on our part, we will cover the expenses related to rectifying the problem.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide solutions such as a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
If you or your customers notice an issue with the products or the order, a problem report should be submitted to our customer service team. The return address is set by default to our partnering Printful facility. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
If an insufficient address is provided by the customer, resulting in the return of the shipment, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs. We require confirmation of an updated address before reshipping the order.
Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to our facility will be subjected to reshipment costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns by Customer
We encourage customers to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil, who must express their intent to return within 7 consecutive days of receipt, along with a picture of the item. Our policy does not accommodate returns for products like face masks due to health or hygiene reasons.
Size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion. A new order must be placed for an item in a different size.
EU Consumer Notification
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, and for sealed goods unsealed after delivery not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
This Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
